If you are referring to online or 'streamed' videos as opposed to playing local video files, the flickering may be caused by having a slow internet connection which can't deliver the video data smoothly enough without constant buffering. The player then has to wait for the buffer to fill up before it can resume playback. This becomes more noticeable in high-quality mode because there is more data involved.

With a fast internet connection, no buffering is required so there are no interruptions.

Thank you for reply.
But it's not enough. This problem also occurs when I play MVs and movies, saved in my computer. Why? Help me.
