Lan Problem - i get an error saying dont have administrator permission to access

PLs Help
When i try to connect to lan ...i get any error saying dont hav administrator permission to access ,get the administrator permission some thing like this ....i hav given the IP addr 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2.
I get this error when i double click on the 2 comps of other person in network and places.....If i ping the ip addr i get the reply back ....
