"Failed to install catalog files"

Hey everyone, First post!

Anyway, I built a system:

Antec Sonata
Athlon 2600 333FSB
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
512 Corsair XMS
Geforce FX 5200 Ultra (PNY)
2 x 80GB Seagate Barraccuda (In SATA RAID O)
Samsung SM-352 CDRW/DVD combo
Samsung Floppy

That said, I installed XP home successfully, but when I try to install a lot of my drivers and updates, such as SP1, I get the error "Failed to install catalog files", preventing installation.

How can I fix this?

Go to C:\windows\system32

And rename/delete the Catroot2 folder.
Then try the updates.
