Any antivirus/spyware not a valid win32 application

My computer have been infected by virus, which is not allowing to run any antivirus/spyware program. Probably for the same reason, I cannot run computer in safe mode eather, in order to run any antivirus/spyware program. I've tried to re-install spybot, but the result is the same, it shows message " not a valid win32 application".

Thanks in advance.

Ryder.
