Disk boot failure, Insert system disk, 2 HDD's both not detected

Hello softwaretricks and tips, this is my first post on this forum, so i look forward for great help and assistance by you guys..
I have read thru out the net, buy i still wasnt able to fix my " Disk boot failure, Insert system disk and press enter" Error! I wasnt the last person who used the computer before this Thing happened, So i have no idea if any Kernal or any other error Came up before this thing happened. When i was going thru the net, I found possible problems that could cause this error to come up. One of them was HDD is dead, but i dont think this is true, coz i Hv 2 HDD's ( Maxtor 500GB x 2 ) which are just few months, about 3 months old. If the HDD's would die they both wouldnt die at the same time, so i think ma HDD's are working perfect. Other than that i also read that that i should try looking for a lose wire or connection inside my PC, So i opened the case and looked, but everything turned out to be perfecting Tight and strong ( I didnt disconnect and reconnect everything, just made sure that the ones which were connected, were connected properly and were tightened ). My CDROM is also working Fine. I tried changing the boot sequence ( keeping HD first, then CDROM, then Floppy, while the default one was Floopy first, then CDROM and then HD ) but nothing happened. I tried changing the SATA RAID/AHCI mode to ACHI and RAID, under Integrated peripherals in the BIOS. When this feature was disabled, i wasnt even able to boot my WINDOWS XP CD, so just to boot that CD, i tried changing the mode's. When the Mode was set to AHCI, i got a new Page after my Computer was booted saying something this mode would only support CDROM and HD's. After that they showed me the devices Connected to my Pc and over there i could see my CDROM AND 1 HD ( not the other one ). But in bios and bootmenu both of them werent available. Ye so after i Set the sata mode to AHCI, my CD was able to boot. It said windows is loading files.. and Soon after that files Loading finishes ( before the recovery console page could come up ) a blue screen comes up and telling me that your Pc had to shutdown to avoid damage to it .. etc.. so i tried this Method again, but the same thing came up 3 times.. the windows Cd works perfectly fine, as i hv installed windows from it many times.. Now m really confused what to do. everything i could understand, i tired it more that 2 - 3 times.. I also tired to load optimized defaults and load fail-safe defaults from the BIOS, but didnt help. I guess there were possibilitis to fix this error after going to the recovery console, but unfortunately, m not even able to reach that page, due to the clue screen that comes up just before that page could appear. please tell me why this thing happened and how should i fix this.
