$NtUninstall folders??

There's a bunch of folders starting with $NtUninstall in the /Windows folder, can I delete them?

Sure you can !
These file get created when you install MS patchs (Either automatically or manually), if you are not going to uninstall the patches, then sure go ahead

snowmonkey is right, but considering recent experiences with MS's updates and Hot Fixes, I'd suggest keeping them for at least a week to make sure that you're not having problems with one of the patches.
