My cousin unplugged the comp while it was restoring(I don't know if that played a factor, you tell me)....so I did it again and heres what I go.

No audio advice
Cannot access C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Favorites
Whenever I type in a URL it says "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Favorites"is not accessible. Access is denied"
Cannot open Firefox
Cannot open newly downloaded programs
Have problems downloading programs like Adobe
Can't log in on facebook or my yahoo or school email

A lot of bugged out stuff.

You are still infected. 2 programs to run are:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
http://www.superantispyware.com/
Once removed then we will work on the other issues.

I did a full scan with Malwarebyte Anti Malware...and restarted my comp

I tried installing superantispyware, but it told me

Error1303: The installation has insufficient priveleges to acess this directory. The installation cannot continue. Log on as adminstrator or contact your system adminstator.

I don't get you get my question.

Whenever I type in the url address and enter a site a I get a message saying:

"C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Favorites"is not accessible. Access is denied"

It allows me to go to the site, but thats I message aways get.

When I try to enter C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Favorites

It denied me and doesn't allow me to change it.

I'm on safe mode with networking right now...but it doesn't allow me to go as Adminstrator(it just stays loading and not going anywhere(waited atleast 2 hours)

So what can I do?
