win2k and win98se

at first i had a runing Win98SE then I made this clean install of Windows 2000 Professional. when i decide to use my Win98SE, the screen just went black as if there wasn't a logo.sys around. Nothing seem to be runing. I wonder if i have delete win98 somehow because of a clean install of win2k. how can i keep my win2k and win98se?

By this question, do you mean the following?:
-How do I make it so I can choose between Windows 2000 and windows 98se when I boot up?

(in other words)
How do I make it so I have both windows 2000 and windows 98se?

In both cases, you need to make Dual Boot (AKA - Multiple Boot)

This is not always a simple process, and, without backup, you risk losing data on your computer.

Micro§oft has a procedure of dual booting here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;Q217210

Or, you can contact me via Instant messenger or Email, and I will try my best to help you out.

(By the Way: Clean installing Windows 2000 on the same partition as Windows 98, on a full install, is a mistake)
--unless you mean clean install as in formatting your hard drive
