Angry No Sound/audio Device

Hello all,

So this seems to be a pretty popular problem. I had no sound on my pc for quite some time but didnt no why. So i looked it up. I read dozens of posts about it and tried everything and it did not work so I completely reformatted my pc and reinstalled all the drivers and still no luck.

When I go into my control panel, and then into sounds and devices, everything in the volume, sounds and audio tab is grey'd out so I cant click nothing, there is no little speaker in my toolbar at the bottom right.

Also if I go into Device Manager theres somthing that sais Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus and it has a yellow ? on top of it.

Now I tried to get into my Bios setup by pressing f2 but I found nothing on how to change my sound or whatever so any help at this time would be GREAT!
