Help Administrator Password Don't Work

HI!
Last week the administrator at my office decide to change the computers and he gave me one of the old ones for my kids. He use a lot of security and a person that program the computers and the network, but he always use the same administrator pass. He gave me the pass so i could change the settings, install other programs and connect to the Internet,but the comp don't recognize the adm pass. He try it in the others comp and work except for another one at the office, he call the person that deals with the comp and even the remote pass won't work. I try to boot from the CD but it dosen't work, not with the XP, ultimate boot cd or the offline NT pass & reg editor. Please something else that i am missing? HELP

Have you set the bios to boot from cd?

I Try but F1, F8, ESC but don't give me the option to boot from bios.

BTW, w/o the administrator pass don't let me do any change. Is there another way to change the settings of the bios?

Hi try the deleate key to get into the bios. With out the password the only other option is to boot from a cd like ulitmate boot cd> enter the OS download something like SIW and find the password or just reformat the PC.
