i've lost everything!!! help

yesterday i deleted what i think was the administrator account for my pc because my ex-boyfriend set everything up and his name was coming up everywhere before files and i thought i was just removing his name. today when i put on my pc i have lost everything files, photos, settings there is nothing left the pc has started as if it is brand new. how do i get it back to the old settings and save all my files and settings?? please help...
also my pc wont do system restore as i tried several times on different dates and it says the computer cannot be restored, i have tried putting disk space that system restore uses to maximum and it still wont work

not sure this will help, but try setting up another user account with Admin privileges

Start / Control Panel / User Accounts / Create a new account / type a name / Next / Computer Administrator / Create account

you should then have access to all accounts
