XP Pro and Linux
I use XP Pro on my work computer and log on to a Linux Network. It is Red Hat but I am not sure of the version. I map to a drive on the linux server (it is a public drive that everyone can access) My problem is I have mapped to this drive and checked the automatically reconnect to the drive when windows starts. But it does not do that. I have to put in my password again. Can the win xp pro password also do the login to the network for me and if so how do I make this happen? I have made my Windows password and name the same as my network name and password but it will not automatically reconnect. Help please!
