Help! Everything~I mean EVERYTHING is Gone!

I came across this website and pray you can help me. I use to have Windows XP and it crashed. I was able to bring the computer back with alittle help from a neighbor but now everything is gone.

I am starting with trying to install my drivers to get highspeed back. So if anyone can help I would appreciate it. I am a bit computer retarded so I am computer lost big time.
I am also looking for a download of windows xp, if possible. I moved three times in five months and ended up losing my discs along the way.
I pray someone can help me. Thank you

Downloading pirate versions of windows (or any program) is not a good idea, 1) virus 2) as a legitimate forum for helping users we can not and will not endorse pirated software.
Are you still able to boot into XP? If so you can get the key off the PC and use it.
