Does any one know of a program which can I play video shows on a panel pc in my shop?

I have a music shop and have sourced some touch screen panel pc's.

I need to know which operating system is best and if there is a program which will alow customers to scroll between clips and then select a clip for playing.

The other function I would like it to do is to allow us to collect data from our customers such as their email address.

Is there a program which can do something like this or will I need bespoke software?
