Computer Keeps Restarting - Error message re: Term Serv

Hoping someone can help. I have Windows XP. Very frequently my computer keeps re-booting itself when I click on random things when browsing the internet. Its nothing specific, and can be when I try and read an email, or click on any link.

The System Event Viewer has the same error message all the time:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7003

Does anyone know what the problem may be or how I go about fixing it ?

Im wondering if its maybe something to do with the graphics card (perhaps rolling back to previous drivers?)

Im not a PC expert, so if you can help, would appreciate some help
