Powertoys tool Desktop manager problem

Hello,

I have installed the Powertoy Desktop manager but I can't activate it. The documentation says:

Right click on the taskbar, click toolbars, and then click "Desktop Manager."

But when I click on the taskbar the option toolbars is not there. SOmebody knows how can activate it ?

of course. I have installed it in a Windows XP Pro computer and also at home, in a Windows XP Home.
