Boot failure, insert system disk ( got no disc )

Hi,
I started getting a blue screen appearing and my computer crashed, this was shortly after installing a web cam, and I do download music mixes, I then had a startup message saying Boot failure, insert system disc, I then turned the computer off and on then it started fine, I restored the computer to an earlier time, pre web cam, but the blue screen returned with a message about bios, and now every single time I start the computer it says Boot failure, insert system disc, ( the computer came without a system disc ) I have disconected everything from the usb port, ie printer etc, and I very wisely have no back, I can get into the bios menu but thats about it, and the keyboard wont even move the arrows up and down on that page, and it wont go to the recovery console either, any ideas ? please make any advice as simple and easy to follow as possible, thank you in advance

When you say it won't go in to the Recovery Console, is that because the keyboard doesn't respond? Or because the key you need to press isn't recognised?

BSOD, can be a mixture of things, memory, HDD, CPU, mainboard. First thing to do is reply with the "Technical Support" code, it will be something like

0x000000 can you reply with this? Also what is the make and model of your PC and how old is it? Is it a home built Pc, manufacturered? Under or over 1 year old?
