Hi,
By the sounds of it, you've been seriously infected with either a serious virus (Trojan) or loads of spyware.
If you have a recovery disk, kill your HDD completely, and then reinstall your Operating System back to it's factory settings. But doing this will delete any personal files, music and data etc.
You could try and put your HDD in to another machine, as a slave, but again this could then infect the new host PC.
