Sound doesn't work.

Hey there!

All of a sudden, my sound has stopped working.

I am almost certain that I have a sound driver, and my sound isn't muted but I can't hear anything which is really bugging me.

Also, whenever I open my computer this rundll screen pops up and says that it can't start a Tencent QQ program, however I have already uninstalled this.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

I got this information from Belarc because after reading various posts on a non-working sound, apparently the information provided is really useful.
