Driver help

[NJBourne23]

Hey guys i recently reformatted my computer and was installing my Windows XP and drivers back onto the computer. I had gotten it around 2002 and its a DELL. I used the Belarc Advisor to get my information and its what i have copied below. Can someone tell me where or hwo to get the drivers that i dont have the CD for like my Multimedia driver and CNet200 WL fast Ethernet
