please help, i can't transfer any data. ran out of options

i got my wedding pictures on a laptop and it got a virus or something, and i cant transfer them to a portable usb drive , cant burn them on a cd ( i cant drag and drop) any other options?

Hi, have you tried using safe mode? Scan your PC with Malwarebytes.
