windows installer not working
when i try to install my new headphones (G35) and then when i put the cd in a try to install it it say "The Windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance." and then when i go to thw microsoft website then i go on ubdates theres a whole load of them but when i try to download them it says faild for each one of them. and then when i try to download windows installer then it say it cannot find the rite programme to make it work. help me pls many thanxs
