Error loading dll file

At the end of windows booting up I get this message:
Error loading: C:\Windows\System32\nisyjgrm.dll

This dll file is not listed in the list of dll files. How can I get rid of this message without re-installing Windows XP?

You could try searching for the files name complete including the extension using regedit...

BACKUP YOUR REGISTRY BEFORE YOU START and CREATE A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT

If you find and entry in there it may help you to identify what the file is associated with and follow through for a cure

You could of course just delete anything you find but you may well be creating further problems down the track.

What ever you do PLEASE HASTEN SLOWLY and don't create bigger problems

Good Luck

Baudy!

^^ Yes and nisyjgrm.dll is, most certainly, part of a virus, or such. Probably it's in the list of startup programs, which can also be accessed by running msconfig (Start Menu, Run...); Also, because it can be deleted straight from the registry, or just disabled using msconfig.exe

dll problem

hi. A dll problem usually happens when part of a program is damaged or deleted. Have you tried to remove a program and maybe had a problem trying to do so? Try to reload that program if so. You may create this if your system is infected and when you delete or quarantine a virus or malware and part of the good program is also quarantined. I would try scanning with an updated virus, spyware, and malware... Look at the article in this forum "my son has a problem on dell Latitude" Good Luck Qfisheye
