Exclamation how to enable usb port in the restricted computer which doesnt reconize any usb

in my college computer i downloaded a lot of files
but then when i inserted my pen drive to copy it
it was not found
i opened the device manager (os window xp )and found no ports

wat has been done?
how to solve this problem?

please help guys

If the PC belongs to the college, most college system-administrators will disable usb ports to prevent copying files in either direction. This is done for security reasons (for example, to prevent malware being put on the PC, or to prevent students transferring files to a pen drive or external hard drive).

If that is the case, we cannot help you to get around that restriction.
