Windows XP Error

Hello everybody.
I'm using Windows XP Pro, and everytime after I restart or start the PC, I get this error saying "Runtime error 5 at 010771CC".
And everytime i press OK or close it, it appears again and again.
If somebody know how I can solve this problem, please help me.

In researching this error I understand that running out of memory can cause this error message so you might want to take a close look at ram. More from the MS site.

Thank you beeboy for you help and time, I really apreciate it.
But I have XP Pro for about a year now, and that problem never appeared before.
