Help.... Can't access media content!!!!

I am having trouble accessing the folder I keep all my Mp3s and video files.
When opening the folder my cpu maxs out and stays at 100% even when closed.
I have a 40GIG hard drive with a 50 50 partition Cdrive for programs and applications Ddrive for media.
The folder is accessed by media player 9 and Kazaa. (Tried reinstalling with no luck. even when uninstalled)
I have done a full norton virus scan and ran disk optimisation but to no avail.
When using ctrl alt del then selecting shut down i have a couple of end program messages;
Notification Wnd for RNAdmin
Explorer.exe (This is what is 100% on task manager processes)

I am using a P4 1.8 GHz and 256 RAM

Any ideas ........ please!!!!!!!

RNAdmin is something to do with RealPlayer, try uninstalling and then see what happens.

Kazaa is renowned for dumping 'Spyware' onto your system try Spybot to get rid of other nasties.

Made no difference but thanks anyway
I think I have determined the problem as a file that is perminantly in use (But isn't) posted a new question about how to delete files in use
