deleting stuff

my problem is about the same as dufasio's problem. he posted a day earlier than me.
i have try the method posted that was to reboot into safe mode and try to delete the file. but i didn't work for me.

the few problem i have :
1... i can't delete a folder in my desktop. whenever i try to delete it. i will say cannot delete "name of the folder". Directory is not empty.
2... I cant delete some movie file i ahve in one particular folder. When i try to delete it. it will say that someone of some other program is using it. i also cant rename it or what so ever, but i can move the file to other places in the computer.
3... some folder i have, when i click properties. i see the the read only option is click. and the color of the box is grey. i then unclick that option. then press apply and ok. right after that i check the properties again .. back to square one ..

this is the only problem u still got ..
the other two have been resolved ... thru registry

and also i also cant move the folder 2 ... it will say the same thing .. directory not empty ..

but when i try to cut and paste it ...
let say to d: , then i will have the error , but i will also i a copy version of that folder in d: .. and the original folder still at the desktop.. the new folder can be deleted but the one in the desktop cant
