Need XP decryption help!

I recently had to reformat my system hd. I copied all my files to an external backup hd beofre I started to reformat the main drive, but I forgot to decrpyt some of the personal documents; they copied over to the backup HD fine, but now I cannot access them to recopy them back to the main hd. Further, I cannont dencrypt them using the "options/advanced" menu.

Try to log on in safe mode as Administrator and then try to decrypt those files.
