Red face Windows Messenger In Xp Problem Please Help..!!

Ok This Is Becoming Reaaaaaaaaaaly Boring...!! This Is What Happens.......Im On Dial Up Connection So When I Dial To The Internet Windows Messenger Is Automatically Connect (Even Though It Is Not Loaded Up). So When I Sign On Using My Default Msn Messenger (6.0) It Alerts Me That 'I Have Been Signed On At Another Location.....), Hence Even Though I Can't See My Contacts Because My Windows Messenger Is Not Loaded (But Obviously Is Somewhere), They Can See Me And Still Pm Me Using The Windows Messenger Software....!!

Ok Now I Know The Above Is Confusing As It Is To Me.!, But Is There Anyway Of Disabling Or Removing Windows Messenger (I Have Tried Add-Remove Programs, It's Not There), Please Help me This Is So Annoying..!!
