Moving windows XP

The new build set-up is:-

ThermalTake Xaser III v2000a case
Asus A7n8X Deluxe Rev. 2
XP3000+ Athlon
Connect 3D Radeon 9800 pro 256meg
Sound blaster Audigy 2
Western Digital Raptor 36.7GB 10,000rpm SATA
Seagate Baracuda 120GB 7,200rpm SATA
2x 120GB Western Digital Caviar IDE drives
Corsair pc3200 2 x 512 sticks.
Windows XP Pro
oh yer a few bright and flashing lights!!

I have had to load windows onto a 10gb partition on the 120gb SATA drive as the 36GB had a read error, I want to transfer and move windows and all the programs to the faster 36GB SATA drive. Is there any way to do this without having to reinstall windows and everything else?

Cheers for any help.
