Task manager disabled

Hi i was getting the Task manager disabled by administrator error whel doing cntrl alt del after going onto a website ive visited alot over the last few years and whilst browing my anti virus went mad but obviously didnt block the virus.

Now when i cntrl alt del no message or anything appears, but it doesent load. Ive tried all of the options on this thread with no luck at all

I downloaded and ran superantispyware and it found something in the registry to which i deleted ect which seems to have gone after re scanning. However on top of that it also found a load of adware cookies which i also asked it to delete and some have returned

I dunno where to go from here?
