disabling creation of user accounts

How can I disable the option of creating users accounts for each user logging in from a single computer to the network. I have a class of 20 computers that serves 300 pupils, and the option of creating 300 accounts on each computer is unacceptable.

Is your network part of a Domain?

To put it simply you set up the user profiles on the Domain Server and users log on to the network through the Domain Server.
