Sharing problem

I've been here before...maybe someone else will have a suggestion.

I can't share files at home with XP. I could with 98.

I am using a wired LAN with routher.
The computers "see" each other.
They can all acccess the internet via router/cable modem.

All computers are set to share files (the little hand).
Have ok'd sharing.
Made sure they have permission.
Made sure they are named correctly.
I have tried EVERY suggested fix and still nothing.

There seems to be some problem with "MS Home"
When I open the tree, both are not the same.

Have run the stupid wizard countless times and ran the network setup disk.

MS "help" has things like "Open NETWORK CONNECTIONS, clikc on TOOLS and click on SHARING FILES" as an example. Of course, there is nothing marked "Sharing files". Thanks, again, Bill.
