Problems with multiple XP accounts

When the MSblaster worm first came out, before we knew what it was, I was advised to do some kind of nondestructive system restore thingy. So I did that, it of course didnt fix the problem but then after I got the worm fixed I started having problems with my other accounts on XP. Everytime I try to make a switch to an account that I just made it freezes on the "Loading personal settings" screen forever, when I finally do get into the account it is like stuck on classic view although the properties area has XP view selected. I cant use Works and the "My Documents" for that account dont show up on the My Computer part of my account, the administrator.

Well I just read over that and its really confusing but I dont really know how else to say it so I just hope that someone here knows what Im tryin to say and can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. :-D
