ok here is the error message,
"MSIEXEC.exe application error the application has failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) click ok to terminate the application."
I have gone to microsoft but i dont want to spend 250 dollars on tech support and i can't figure out why nothing is working the way it should, and i can't delete any programs from my computer and i can't add any programs to it either, does anybody have any idea on what to do. please help
