Overclocking

Sorry if there is another forum for this
Well i want to try overclocking and i know its not safe, but i wanna give it ashot
when the only thing i can go into while i boot is pressing F8
then i come to some options and i dunno which one is BIOS or FSP
(sorry if i'm wrong, i just need the place with the overclocking place)
I have Safe mode-networking and command prompt
Enable Boot logging
Enable Vga mode
Last known good Configuration
Directiory Services Restore
Return to Menu
Start windows automactically

Which one do i go for?

lol i found BIOS, but i'm using P4VMM2, and i do not know which option i should go to... i looked at every single option on the menu, and went inside but none of them seems to bbe like
CPU: 1.8Ghz etc... please help

actually i would not advice overclocking if you don't knoiw what you are doing.

secondly, if you do overclock you need some extra fans or just replace the old ones with better faster ones or you can kiss your computer goodbye.

Yeah, I have to agree. Stop what you are doing!!

Do a search on google, for 'how to overclock'. You should definitely read up on it before you start fooling with stuff.

There are tonnes of guides out there on overclocking.
