enable"RPC"service, SOS!!!!

After I've disabled "RPC" service on XP, and restart the computer, Many function can't use and I also can't enable "RPC" service again, anyone can help me solve this problem?

Tper "services.msc" in the run box, look for Remote Procedure Call, NOT RPC LOCATOR, and then right click on it click properties. In the recovery boxes, change them all the "Restart the computer", then apply and click ok to get out of there, then restart your computer and it should be ok. If its not post back here again.
