Dialup Connection
I know I can add a shortcut in the Startup folder to start a dialup connection when somebody logs in. Is it possible to start a dialup connection when Windows XP starts...before anybody has logged in?

I do not belive it is possiable without any special software. It might be possiable with some 3rd party software.

The reason being that there are not any services running until a user logs in.
