Problem's with DirectDraw, mercury tv tuner~

Please help,

I have got problems, with direct draw on mercury tv tuner.
I have installed DirectX 8.1, and the tv tuner software.

It says.

Quote:

Current VGA mode not suitable for video Overlay!
Video quality will be degraded!
Please install Direct Draw driver and change to HiColor or above.

Please help, i am dying off.
