I'm new to the forum - I'm trying to play a DVD - i've exceeded my number of attempts to run a different region and tried to change it but the system won't let me

Does anyone know how to change back from region one to region two without any fuss

I have Windows XP Home
1.7 GHZ
128MB
Power DVD
