Problem with Windows Movie Maker 2.0

Ok, I have several problems...

When I click "Capture Video" to try and capture video from my webcam My cursor turns into an hourglass for a second then turns back - Nothing else happens - the capture window that used to appear is nowhere to be seen.

The same is true when I try to access the options menu and when I try to save a movie to a video file. All these Features worked fine in WMM 1 but since I upgraded to 2 they havent been working...

Can anybody help??
