Question Problem with the Restore System

Hi,
Before I re-installed XP Home on my Notebook, the Restore System worked well. But since I re-installed XP, it doesn't work : when I click on "create a restore point", the system hangs, I have to "end task" to go out, and sometimes a window appears with : "the application rundll32.exe has no response. Please wait till it's closing...", something like that.
I tried also to delete my antivirus and my firewall, to desactivate and reactivate the Restore System, to open the notebook on safeboot, but no success... And of course, when I want to install a program, which creates automaticaly a Restore Point, the installation freezes.

Maybe somebody knows this problem ? Thanks
