Network Wizard subsystem app error.

I am having a problem with my home networking. I can get the router to work for the internet, but have a problem with the file sharing.

When I run the wizard, I am getting a "subsystem app" arror and it quits. Does anyone know what I can do? I tried using the wizared from the cd and I get the same error.

Would the repair feature on the cd work, and if so, How can I do it?

Thank you,

Hank

I would think you have a problem with your network driver where you operating system can't find the path to WINSOCK.DLL provided by NIC driver ,,, download the latest driver for your NIC and update the driver.

cheers

I will try that!

So far I still get the error, but I got it to work. An update to my Norton Internet Security must have knocked out my netowrk addresses. I replaced them and I can now see the network.
