Print error on restricted accounts

I've spent weeks trying to get my restricted accounts to allow printing. All admin. accounts allow printing o.k. I've removed and re-installed epson drivers. In con. panel and printing & devices i have allowed sharing. I have Mcafee internet security in place. I tried disconnecting everything in case it was that and nothing. I've had computer 6 months from new & all fine until now. Very frustrating for my son who's account it is.(xp home..256mb ram..1.8GHz cel...80gb HD

Can anyone help please, When i checked in help & support it told me to set printer permissions which i thought was what i wanted. When i followed the instructions it sends me into printers and faxes and then highlight the printer i want to change preferences too. So far so good! heres a quote for next stage on troubles shoot.......Press and hold down CTRL, and then right-click the printer for which you want to change or remove permissions, click Properties, and then click the Security tab.
So i click properties and what do you know NO SECURITY TAB....!!!!!!. Any thing i'm doing wrong. How can i set permissions for other account users. running winxp home

Is this problem really that difficult for you chaps or stupidly easy, either way i'm still stuck. by the way when i change my sons account to admin account it still won't allow printing thus suggesting that his name is not permitted to access the printer, but as i mentioned b4 i cant change "printer permissions"...?
