Different programs for different users

Hi, I'm new to Windows XP...and I would like to know if you can delete a program from one user account without deleting it from the whole computer. For example, say I downloaded AIM on one user account, but I didn't want it showing up on another user account, can I delete it without deleting it from the whole computer? Just from that account itself? Or is this impossible?

If your profile access rights to delete a program then that mean it gets deleted from every other profile. What you need to do is restrict other users from the application you don't want them to use,, there is a great software out there called Security Access Manager which will do just what you want.
