Outlook Express Folders / Msgs - Cleaned Out !!!

Hi. all my folders and msgs in my outllook were deleted and can't find them anywhere in the hidden files under local settings. i found a cleanup.txt file and found that the folders were cleaned-out. how can i restore all my folders back?
here is the sample of the cleanup.log file :

this may not work, but does sometimes, try your system restore. start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore, restore back to the most recent date your messege+mail was there. good luck.

i did try it but the system restore has been full. the system restore has to be deleted occassionaly so that it could store the latest restore point. my pc is set to its maximum capacity so when i tried to restore it it was not able to possibly because the temp folder is already full, so i guess i cant restore the folders and messages anymore.
