Contents of Folder based on Text List

G'day all,

I have a folder which contains approximately 6000 jpg images. I need to copy the contents of this folder to another folder based on a list of jpg's in a text file.

For example, of the 6000 images I need to upload 5231 of them to a server, the jpgs I need to upload are listed on a text document. I need to move the jpgs listed into another folder to synchronise with the web server.

Any way of doing this on XP?
