Send a message via MSN to snowmonkey
Do you have the Auto update enabled ? to check it: right click on My Computer / Property / Automatic Updates and see if the check box has a tik in it or not.

you either have spyware, or a virus such as a js/seeker, possibly a corrupt host file, try a virus scan first, then spyware. if still happens, list if you found any virus, what it was, and if it was removed.

that is for panda online, even if you dont use panda , do a online scan.

that is for adaware, spybot is good too.

You are right. i loaded AVG antivirus and I did have a virus. Not sure what the virus name was but it cleaned it & I no longer have the problem. Hope this helps someone else. Thanks.
