Windows XP and Paypal.com

I am at a total loss here and really needs some kindly advice.
I cannot access www.paypal.com from my main computer at all.
I can access it from my laptop, my wifes computer, and my sons computer. All of the systems are running through my Linksys router to my cable modem. I have check all the internet options and everything is setup the exact same way on all the machines.

I have no idea about this one

Thanks in advance if anyone has any thoughts on this one

Checked all of those out, no avail.

It is weird because I cannot access it from IE6, Netscape, or Opera, so I know it has to be an XP prob. I just cant put my finger on it

Have you tried installing a fresh copy of Windows XP?

Not yet, that will be my last resort...

Need the time to back things up before I do. This prob has just popped up in the last few days that I have noticed.
