Installin WINDOWS XP Load Error!

hey I have a toshiba p25 s607 notebook computer with windows xp media center edition on it (its like windows professional)
pentium 4, nvidia video card 512 ram and a 60GB hard drive

i recently had a problem and decided to just start fresh and reinstall my os
i did this fine, reinstalled some windows updates and software and then i restarted
when it was booting up it comes to a screen and just says LOAD ERROR Press a key to reboot, and pressing a key just makes it appear again i restored defaults on my bios
i have tried to reinstall my os many times
and i downloaded the win xp pro boot disks (6 disks) and when they all loaded it told me to inser my win xp pro cdrom
i didnt have this all i had was a toshiba recovery cd (which i used to reinstall my os) and that did not work
maybe you guys can help me please get back to me as soon as you can

Your post is a little confusing. What exactly was the original problem for you to reinstall XP? Did you succeed in reinstalling XP and then unable to reboot into XP? How did you attempt the reinstall? Did you set the bios to boot from cdrom first? Give us more info to work with.
